Our staff will offer to file your insurance for you when you are treated in our office. We currently participate in the plans listed below. These associations are subject to change. It is always best to check with your insurance company to see if we are listed as a "preferred" provider. Please note that most PPO's allow you to go out of network to a non-network dentist. So if we are not listed with your company, you may still come to our office.

What will your insurance cover?
When in doubt, it is always best to refer to your policy package literature. We will, upon request, send pre-estimates to your insurnace company prior to treatment with your approval so that you may have an estimate from your insurance company sent to you in writing.
